Pio Shores Bowentown

Europlast completed the Pio Shores exterior rendering and painting in 1995. A beautiful Mediterranean courtyard with grape vines overlooking the Pacific Ocean was finished in adobe smooth plaster typical of the Greek Island of Santorini.

Europlast returned ten years later to apply fresh repainted coatings to this project in line with normal maintenance programmes. Our client requested a Greek themed finish including a feature wall incorporated into the garden courtyard following a trip to Greece. In the Greek Islands traditionally the houses are washed and painted off-white with natural mineral based paints almost every year. White colours are very popular and used for their heat repellant properties.
